Visual Product Creator

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative UI/UX Designer to create visually delightful and easy-to-use products in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate user-centric design principles into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Develop and maintain robust design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency and efficiency.
- Create responsive, accessible, and performant UI elements (navigation, forms, dashboards, widgets, etc.) with attention to detail.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions and drive product improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from idea to delivery, ensuring that designs meet business objectives and user needs.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong expertise in Figma (preferred) and prototyping tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD).
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design system creation.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript to collaborate with dev teams.
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Uizard, Framer AI, Galileo AI) is a plus.
- Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for typography, spacing, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- A team player with a problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback.
