Job Description

Canadian Immigration Paralegals play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and consultants on a broad range of immigration matters.

As a senior paralegal, you will be directly responsible for case preparation, client intake, and managing high-volume immigration applications. You will work closely with attorneys and consultants to develop case strategies and submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review applications for work permits, study permits, PR pathways, spousal sponsorship, caregiver programs, and TRPs.
  • Gather details from clients, explain required documentation, and ensure case files are complete and accurate.
  • Work directly with Canadian attorneys and licensed consultants on case strategies and submissions.
  • Assist in preparing supporting documents and records for IAD appeals and Judicial Reviews.
  • Research IRCC regulations, provincial nominee guidelines, and admissibility issues to support filings.
Requirements and Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Canadian Immigration Paralegal or Caseworker.
  • Strong expertise in case preparation, client intake, and managing high-volume immigration matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and appeals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills; ability to draft persuasive submissions, affidavits, and application packages.
