Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to support our critical security infrastructures, applications, and automation tools.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple critical security systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and performing post-deployment testing in individual environments.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of IT industry experience, with 5 years working in a Linux-based environment and strong ability to utilize Unix and Linux systems like Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

Additional requirements include supporting complex, multi-tier, distributed systems and familiarity with IT Service Management processes based on the ITIL framework.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents and problems in a timely resolution, collaborating with L2 teams, documenting resolutions in Knowledge Base tools and capacity, performance, and stability reporting and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 12 years of IT industry experience with 5 years working in a Linux-based environment
  • Strong ability to utilize Unix and Linux systems like Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Experience in deploying and managing Multi-factor Authentication such as RSA Access Manager, OneSpan, Yubikey etc.
Desired Skills
  • Supporting complex, multi-tier, distributed systems - Webservers, App Servers, Network topologies, Demilitarized Zone, Firewall rules etc.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management processes based on the ITIL framework
