Ariba SLP System Administrator Role

This critical position is responsible for ensuring smooth supplier onboarding, maintaining system integrity, and facilitating seamless integration with downstream Ariba modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and administer Ariba SLP features, roles, workflows, and user access levels.
  • Manage master data files (bank, tax, regions, postal codes, etc.) to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and support SLP–MDG integration to optimize system performance.
  • Implement quarterly Ariba releases and enhancements to stay up-to-date with the latest functionality.
  • Provide daily monitoring, issue resolution, and business ticket support to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Assist suppliers with access and questionnaire-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and propose solutions for new business requirements and bug fixes to drive process improvements.
  • Create scheduled reports and dashboards for stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with SAP Ariba support teams, functional teams, and global stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Deliver end-user support, training, and documentation to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Ariba systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise as an Ariba SLP System Administrator with strong knowledge of Ariba SLP APIs and architecture.
  • Experience with SAP S4H/MDG integrations and familiarity with downstream Ariba modules (B&I, SCC) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SNOW and Jira is preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
