Job Overview

A Senior Data Scientist is required to drive data-driven decision making and build foundational machine learning training and inference pipelines at scale.

As a seasoned data science professional, you will lead by example and define best practices for the entire team and organization. Your expertise in developing and leading data science and model development techniques will be essential in driving innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement large-scale machine learning models that meet business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and AI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or other quantitative disciplines.
  • Masters/PhD preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience building data science/statistical models.
  • Strong understanding of modern ML approaches (GBDT, CNN, LSTM, GRU, HRNN, transformers, siamese neural networks, variational auto-encoders).
  • Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, Causal Inference.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Desirable Skills
  • Good knowledge of ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, pyTorch, scikit-learn, Spark).
  • Familiarity with real-world ML systems (configuration, data collection, data verification, feature extraction, resource and process management, analytics, training, serving, validation, experimentation, monitoring).

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, collaborate and influence.
  • Ability to deliver on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels.
