We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Cloud Infrastructure Specialist.

This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in cloud computing, network protocols, and application security.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing production support and operations expertise to business and web applications, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our 3rd party applications and related ecosystems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Production Support: Provide timely and effective resolution to production issues, including troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
  • Operations Expertise: Ensure the smooth operation of our business and web applications, as well as our 3rd party applications and related ecosystems.
  • Application Security: Develop and implement strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our applications.

Requirements:

  • Education: BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Microsoft-oriented IT environment, with a strong background in cloud computing, network protocols, and application security.
  • Skills: Excellent knowledge of administering applications in AWS/Azure cloud, strong expertise in Web Server Knowledge - IIS, Apache web server, strong experience with power shell scripts, good understanding of common network protocols (HTTP, FTP) and SSL, excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, excellent work experience in supporting ASP/.Net based applications.
