Job Summary:

Our organization requires a skilled individual to oversee and manage the security questionnaire process, ensuring compliance with customer and third-party assessments. This person will be responsible for filling out, reviewing, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive security questionnaires, while also evaluating the security posture of third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Complete and manage security questionnaires provided by customers
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant security information
  3. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Monitor the submission process to ensure adherence to deadlines
  5. Prepare regular reports on the status of third-party assessments and security compliance
  6. Reference and track customer security requirements
  7. Work closely with customer-facing teams to align internal security processes with customer expectations
  8. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate security risks
  9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of third-party security evaluations
  10. Stay updated on the latest security trends and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information security or third-party risk management
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks
  • Experience with third-party security assessments and risk management processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
