What We Do

• We help identify valuable technology opportunities and develop tailored plans to create sustainable value for our clients.
• We deliver comprehensive IT due diligence, cost cube assessment, transformation health checks, cybersecurity reviews, architecture assessments, and IPO/exit readiness services.
• We create 100-day value creation plans, transformation phase 0 foundations, transformation project recovery plans, IT operating model definitions, architecture simplification, outsourcing/smart-sourcing designs, vendor contracting, and vendor consolidation strategies.
• We ensure seamless separation, carve-out/TSA exit, business & IT integration, transformation assurance, design authority, and vendor management services.
• We offer industry-specific services including digital BSS/OSS, network separation, SCM transformation, ERP transformation (incl. S/4), and digital business build.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the review and documentation of current-state enterprise architecture landscapes, identifying value creation opportunities for private equity clients and portfolio companies.
• Define future-state enterprise architecture landscapes, encompassing technology, processes, and resources.
• Develop detailed roadmaps for change, including interim application architectures, and define interim changes required to technology, processes, and resources.
• Lead vendor and implementation partner selection processes, managing everything from RFI to RFP stages.
• Set up and manage architecture governance for large-scale technology implementations (EUR 30M+).
• Act as the design authority, conducting program audits at key stages in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to assess solution scope, design, and architecture across applications, infrastructure, and data.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years with a leading consulting firm (e.g., MBB, Big-4, Accenture), focusing on enterprise architecture and program leadership.
• Proven experience in two or more areas: business case development, technology selection, blueprinting, program audits (e.g., carve-outs, ERP), and program delivery.
• Strong expertise with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics, with a preference for private equity or fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technology transformation programs (EUR 30M+), with a focus on enterprise architecture and governance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, working effectively with IT and Digital Operating Partners, deal teams, and business leaders.
