Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning models that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Agile Methodology Expertise: You will have in-depth knowledge of Agile methodology and its applications in machine learning.
  2. Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python programming is required, with experience in Java also highly valued.
  3. Testing AI & ML Models: You will be responsible for testing and validating AI and machine learning models to ensure they meet the required standards.
  4. Automation Frameworks: Hands-on experience in designing automation frameworks using tools like pytest, mlflow, Selenium, or Serenity BDD is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Experience in Agile Methodologies: You will have strong experience in Agile methodologies, including continuous testing and delivery cycles.
  • Proficiency in Python (Preferred) and Java: Proficiency in Python and Java is required for AI and ML automation tasks.
  • Testing Experience: You will have experience testing Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven systems.
  • Cloud Automation Strategy: Ability to develop automation test strategies for AI/ML applications deployed on public and private cloud environments.
  • API and Web Services Testing: Strong experience in testing RESTful APIs and Web services using tools like Postman and Rest API.
  • CI/CD Automation: Experience in testing and test planning for CI/CD solutions, especially for AI-driven products.
  • Test Management Tools: Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) or other test management tools to streamline test case management and reporting.
  • Variety of Testing Types: Experience in Functional, Regression, UI/Usability, and Integration testing for AI/ML applications.
  • Cloud Platforms Exposure: Good exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for deploying and testing AI systems.
  • Ai Product Workflow Understanding: Familiarity with agentic workflows and AI system interactions in end-to-end product use cases.
