Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our strategic alliance development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to drive joint solutions, expand product offerings, and accelerate growth in India and Global Markets.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and cultivating relationships with ISVs that complement our offerings and align with our strategic objectives. This includes leading negotiations and finalizing partnership agreements, collaborating with ISVs and internal teams to develop integrated solutions, and developing joint go-to-market strategies.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for ISV partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. They will also establish metrics to measure the success of ISV partnerships, track performance against goals, and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS models, and the ISV ecosystem, as well as a proven ability to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in alliance management, business development, or partner management roles, preferably in the cloud technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing partnerships with ISVs, including negotiating partnership agreements and driving joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS models, and the ISV ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovative solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding partnership targets.
