At Wells Fargo Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Due Diligence Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with experience in due diligence and compliance to work in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Due Diligence group by conducting complex research and investigations to identify and mitigate risks associated with transactions, individuals, entities, organizations, or locations.

  • Support the Due Diligence group by providing high-quality research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct comprehensive background investigations on clients and third parties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance client onboarding and ongoing review processes.
  • Engage with clients indirectly through relationship managers to support meeting policy and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in due diligence and compliance, with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
