Job Title: Automation and Control Trainer

We are seeking a skilled trainer to deliver training programs for professionals in the field of industrial automation and control.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and distributed control systems (DCS).
  • They should also be familiar with various automation platforms, including Rockwell, Emerson, Siemens, and others.
  • A strong understanding of validation processes, including equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines is essential.
  • The trainer should be able to develop training materials, case studies, and assessments to enhance learning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs on automation, control, and validation principles.
  • Provide in-depth instruction on PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and DCS.
  • Conduct training on validation processes, including IQ/OQ/PQ, process validation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Train on 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, data integrity, and GxP requirements.
  • Mentor and guide participants on industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or computer science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation and control.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various automation platforms and software tools.
