Job Overview

The role of Data Migration Specialist entails collaborating with the engineering team to design and execute intricate data migrations from legacy platforms to our system.

As a seasoned professional in customer migrations, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment CRMs, encompassing people, projects, and companies.

Duties include:

  • Developing and managing complex data migration processes
  • Creating and maintaining ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of recruitment CRM systems
  • Documenting end-to-end pipeline management procedures
  • Collaborating with the engineering team on migration projects

Required skills and qualifications comprise:

  • Technical proficiency in AI coding assistants
  • Experience with dbt, AWS, Redshift, Fivetran, SQL, and Cursor
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
