We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our SQL Server database environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot SQL Server instances">
  • Maintain high-performance and availability of databases">
  • Implement backup and restore strategies">
  • Develop and implement data migration scripts using CDC with Debezium/Kafka">
  • Optimize database performance through query tuning and debugging">
  • Maintain database security and integrity">
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve database-related issues">
  • Stay up-to-date with latest SQL Server features and best practices">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA">
  • Strong understanding of SQL Server architecture, SSMS, and SQL Agent">
  • Experience working with Always On Availability Groups and basic knowledge on recovery models and DB maintenance">
  • Proficient in Performance/Query tuning and debugging of stored procedures and SQL jobs">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities">
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins">
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including nights and weekends)">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field">
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate)">
