We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Occupational Health & Safety Manager.
About the Role:- To oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance registers, licenses, and documentation as per legal requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities during inspections and ensure prompt resolution of any non-compliances.
- Develop and implement robust health and safety programs in line with company standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analysis.
- Manage hazardous waste disposal in accordance with environmental and safety norms.
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety roles within an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian safety laws, Factory Act, Fire Safety norms, and EHS practices.
- Familiarity with ISO 45001/14001 and other relevant certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital record keeping.
