Procurement Manager - Digital Strategy Leader

This role encompasses leading a team of e-sourcing experts, driving digital sourcing activities in an advanced toolset (Coupa Sourcing Optimization, CSO). A key expectation is to foster cross-category collaboration and service delivery with high stakeholder satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Guide and mentor a dedicated team focused on executing digital procurement activities, especially in e-sourcing (Coupa Sourcing Optimization).
  • Evaluate and ensure adherence to procurement guidelines and procedures. Collaborate closely with Source to Contract Excellence and other global stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Drive best-in-class digital procurement execution practices. Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Buildd a team with expertise in category sourcing, digital strategies, and bid analytics.
  • Identify digital trends within the area of responsibility and ensure what is offered is best-in-class and in alignment with the overall strategy.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, IT Administration, or a related field from a reputable university with excellent results.
  • A minimum of 10 years of successful leadership experience in a global organization.
  • Over 15 years of experience in source-to-contract execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of eProcurement tools, preferably Coupa.
  • Extensive experience across various procurement categories and a solid understanding of procurement processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Prior experience in sourcing process automation using various digital tools.
  • Proven experience in building a new organization and driving successful change initiatives.
  • Prior experience working in a large multi-national organization in a cross-cultural environment collaborating with global stakeholders.
