**Job Title:** Senior Service Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our painting services. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Operations Management:**

- Develop and implement SOPs for painting projects.

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the service team.

- Monitor project timelines, pricing, and quality standards.

- Oversee engagement with painters and contractors.

2. Business Development & Strategy:

- Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials.

3. Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction:

- Implement a quality control process to monitor painting services.

- Resolve customer complaints or issues swiftly and professionally.

4. Training & Development:

- Organize training sessions for managers and associates.

- Evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback.

5. Financial Management:

- Oversee budgeting and cost control.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

6. Health & Safety Compliance:

- Ensure painting services are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Educate and enforce safety protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in driving painting service business and operations.

- Proven experience in developing SOPs for service-based businesses.

- Strong business acumen with experience driving sales, revenue, and profitability.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
