Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Climate Control Project Manager to oversee the execution of HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design specifications.

  • Supervise Climate Control Projects: Manage the installation of VRF systems, ducting, piping, AHUs, and ventilation systems at various sites, guaranteeing quality and efficiency.
  • Develop Execution Plans: Prepare comprehensive project plans and schedules to ensure smooth implementation of projects as per specifications.
  • Regular Progress Updates: Provide regular updates on site progress, potential risks, and resource requirements to management.
  • Effective Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and workforce for seamless site operations and timely completion.
  • Interpretation of Drawings: Read and interpret HVAC project drawings and specifications to ensure proper implementation of layouts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with architects, consultants, customers, and project management companies (PMCs) for effective coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mechanical Engineering Degree or ITI in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning: Essential educational background.
  • Experience in HVAC Project Execution: Prior experience in similar roles, preferably in metropolitan areas, including client and vendor interactions.
  • Proficiency in HVAC Systems: Expertise in ducting, piping layouts, VRF system installation, AHUs, and ventilation system integration.
  • Project Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and understand HVAC project drawings and specifications.
  • Software Proficiency: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Project Documentation Knowledge: Familiarity with project reporting and documentation processes.
