Customer Experience Officer

About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer experiences by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with empathy and patience, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  2. Provide general insurance customer support specific to company policies and procedures.
  3. Maintain service quality as per industry standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  4. Support contact centre processes, working collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  1. A graduate or postgraduate degree (bachelor's degree minimum required).
  2. At least 3+ years of experience in domestic/international contact centre/service setup.
  3. Minimum 1 year of experience in general insurance customer support inbound calls.
  4. 1+ year of experience in captive inbound call experience and 1+ year of experience in outbound calling experience.
