Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer\

As a seasoned visualizer and multimedia specialist, your primary role is to comprehend content and create captivating visuals. You must be able to think creatively and visualize innovative designs and layouts for e-learning courseware, learning management system portals, course launch pages, marketing communications, and infographics.

This position requires you to stay up-to-date with changing design standards and guidelines, work independently, and collaborate with teams to meet daily targets. You will conceptualize, design, and produce graphics demonstrating complex technical constructs and concepts, as well as mentor team members on visualization and reviewing their work.

You will use various tools, including Adobe Illustrator or InDesign, to create detailed storyboards and mechanicals for video production, interactive graphics and videos, and enhance your technical expertise in tools and content.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, experience creating icons and info-graphics, digital illustration skills, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Additionally, you will maintain a daily plan sheet, adhere to core working hours, and follow WFH policies, while communicating with customers and users with excellent customer-focused communication skills.

  • • Understand the scope of work and meet daily targets set according to the client's schedule.
  • • Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia specialists, graphic artists, and programmers.
  • • Conceptualize, design, and produce graphics illustrating complex technical constructs and concepts.
  • • Create detailed storyboards and mechanicals for video production using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign.
  • • Develop interactive graphics and videos utilizing various tools, including Adobe.
  • • Mentor team members on visualization and review their work to ensure adherence to standards.
  • • Enhance technical expertise in tools and content.
  • • Maintain a daily plan sheet and adhere to core working hours, following WFH policies.
  • • Communicate with customers and users through excellent customer-focused communication skills.
  • • Demonstrate the ability to develop competence in using new software efficiently.
  • • Learn, utilize, and manage any new tools required to meet business needs.
  • • Perform tasks driven by business requirements, fitting within the scope of your skills, present or after training/enablement.
