Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site activities, ensuring that work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

  • Supervise site activities, including construction, maintenance, and repair of infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones as per schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Conduct quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, company standards, and safety norms.
  • Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
  • Good leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Willingness to work at project sites across Tamil Nadu.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills, and design skills.
