IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the entire IT infrastructure.

  • Plan, implement, and manage company-wide IT infrastructure ensuring optimal uptime, scalability, and performance.

  • Lead and execute the complete IT setup for new office locations including internet connectivity, LAN/WAN configurations, server and workstation installations, printer/scanner setup, and IT asset procurement.

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 support to internal users, manage tickets, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, firewalls, switches), ensuring secure and stable network connectivity across departments.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, ensure proper tracking, warranty renewals, AMC contracts, and periodic audits.

  • Collaborate with external vendors for procurement, AMC, ISP support, and managed services.

  • Ensure cybersecurity protocols, firewalls, antivirus, backup strategies, and data protection policies are strictly implemented and followed.

  • Manage installation, configuration, and updates of business software; monitor license usage and renewals.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and issue resolution logs. Generate regular IT performance reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.

  • Hands-on experience with networking tools and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365/Google Workspace administration.

  • Knowledge of IT asset management tools and ticketing systems.

  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools, firewalls, and backup solutions.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead small IT teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.

  • 5-10+ years of experience in related field.

  • Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems.

  • Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL (preferred).

  • Resident of Gurugram or ready to relocate.
