The role involves acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, executing projects, and promoting National Pension System (NPS).

You will be directly contributing to expanding NPS adoption by working with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies to achieve targets & expand customer base
  • Promote NPS to corporate and retail clients through effective marketing channels
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and outreach efforts
  • Engage with top management of corporates to promote NPS
  • Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
  • Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing
  • Stay updated with PFRDA guidelines and industry best practices


Candidates who can apply:

Fresh graduates – 2025 batch pass-outs

Individuals with 2-4 years of experience in Business Development or Relationship Management

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
