Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to guide our tech function, establish best practices, and scale our product to new heights.

  • Leading the entire tech function involves strategy, execution, and delivery.
  • Establishing code quality, testing, deployment, and scalability best practices is key.
  • The successful candidate will architect and oversee new feature development for performance and reliability.
  • Mentoring and upskilling a young, enthusiastic team of developers will be a priority.
  • Collaborating closely with product and business teams to translate vision into tech solutions is essential.
  • Taking ownership of system performance, security, and scalability as the company grows is crucial.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years leading teams.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in modern tech stacks (Node.js, React, AWS, microservices, databases).
  • Proven experience scaling consumer-facing or marketplace products.
  • Able to establish and enforce development best practices.
  • A builder's mindset - comfortable switching between strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
