Visual Creative Specialist Position

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Creative Specialist to join our innovative team. This role involves transforming creative concepts into engaging visual content for various digital platforms.

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt designs across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Transform creative concepts into high-quality visual assets for Google and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  2. Evaluate specifications, resolutions, and formats for each platform to ensure accurate delivery.
  3. Create engaging adaptations for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs), including standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.
  4. Design and adapt packaging artworks and labels while adhering to brand guidelines.
  5. Develop final artwork files for print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings.
  6. Prepare print-ready files with accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles.
  7. Perform basic image correction and color balancing when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  2. Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
  4. Ability to work on multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
  5. Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
  6. 2–5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.
