Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will create engaging designs and compelling video content that effectively communicates messages, enhances brand identities, and captures the target audience's attention.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and other members of the creative team to conceptualize, design, and edit graphics and videos across various mediums.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for diverse projects
  • Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends and industry best practices
  • Produce content to be posted on social media platforms
  • Establish creative direction within brand guidelines
  • Creation of video concepts including promotional videos, short videos for brand awareness, ongoing promotions, in-clinic experience, testimonials, etc.
  • Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other Social media channels
  • Understand narrative and objectives of video content and develop storytelling approach through sequencing and editing techniques
  • Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
  • Handle camera duties and capture footage as required for video content
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques
  • Creative thinking and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos
  • Attention to detail and strong eye for aesthetics
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines
