Key Frontend Developer Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of core web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). They should be able to convert design tool mockups into responsive, accessible, and functional websites.

A successful applicant will also possess excellent collaboration skills, working closely with designers, backend developers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, they must maintain clean, modular, and reusable code and conduct thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for seamless user experiences.

Required Technical Skills:
  • HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Responsive design techniques (Flexbox, Grid, fluid typography)
  • Cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design
Frameworks/Libraries:
  • Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular
  • Styling: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS/SASS
  • Animation: GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations
Design Proficiency:
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (interpreting design specs, spacing, typography, and color schemes)
  • Familiarity with Adobe XD or Sketch (optional)
Additional Qualifications:
  • Git & version control workflows (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
  • Basic SEO-friendly HTML structure
  • Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG standards)
  • Basic integration with APIs or backend data
  • Familiarity with performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, image compression, code splitting)
Level of Experience:
  • Mid-Level: 2–4 years of professional front-end/web development experience.
  • A portfolio or live project links are mandatory.
Bonus Advantages:
  • Knowledge of Python is an added advantage and preferred.
  • A willingness to learn Python and Odoo is highly appreciated.
