Job Title: Sysadmin Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Sysadmin Expert to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Linux/Unix systems.

">Responsibilities:">
  • Provide 24x7 support for our Linux/Unix systems
  • Configure and manage VCS (Veritas Cluster) on Linux clusters
  • Administer multiple flavors of Unix, with a strong focus on Linux
  • Perform OS patching, shell scripting, and troubleshooting
  • Handle critical & high severity technical bridges
  • Puppet/Ansible knowledge is a plus
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure quality services within SLAs
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for compatibility with business needs
">Requirements:">
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Linux/Unix System Administrator
  • VCS (Veritas Cluster) experience is required
  • Expertise in at least 2 flavors of Unix, with Linux being a must
  • Deep understanding of Linux OS and day-to-day admin tasks
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of clustering, capacity & configuration management analysis
  • ITIL certification is a plus
