Role and Responsibilities
  • With 12 years of hands-on experience in PHP and application development using frameworks like CodeIgniter and Laravel, we are seeking a skilled PHP Development Manager to join our team at Talent Corner HR.

Key Skills:
  • PHP: Expertise in PHP development and a strong understanding of its ecosystem.
  • Frameworks: Experience with CodeIgniter and Laravel, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable applications.
  • APIs: Proficiency with REST, XML, JSON, and Swagger, ensuring seamless integration with various systems.
  • Project Management & Operation Management: Strong skills in managing projects and operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Databases: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, and MySQL, with a deep understanding of database design and optimization.
  • Server Configuration: Knowledge of PHP LAMP/WAMP and Nginx configuration and tuning, ensuring optimal server performance.
  • Microservices Architecture: Experience with microservices and serverless development, with a focus on building scalable and resilient systems.
  • Linux/Unix Administration: Strong background in Linux/Unix administration, with a focus on ensuring system security and stability.
  • Programming: Strong programming skills with excellent analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality code.
  • CI/CD or DevOps: Experience with CI/CD methodologies and processes, including Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, GitLab, and GitHub.
  • Server Management: Experience in server management and deployment, with a focus on ensuring smooth operations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Decision Making: Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with a focus on making informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • Log Files Analysis: Skills in analyzing log files, with a focus on identifying and resolving issues efficiently.

Personal Qualities:
  • Well-versed in data structures, caching, design patterns, and multithreaded n-tier application design, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable systems.
