Transformational Psychologist

We seek a dynamic professional who blends expertise in psychology, business development, and AI-enabled tools. This role is pivotal for program development as well as leading and managing student and enrollments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong orientation towards business development and enrollment management, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.

This role requires the ability to manage projects, deliver training, and contribute to management strategies. The successful candidate will be passionate about education and leveraging technology to make an impact.

• Develop and implement engaging educational programs using psychological insights and AI-powered learning solutions.
• Lead business development by forging new partnerships with schools and educational organizations locally and globally.
• Actively participate in and manage enrollment processes—handle student and school lead conversion, coordinate with internal counselors, and run campaigns.
• Employ AI technology and analytics to increase outreach, understand enrollment trends, and inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize social media personally and via freelancers to promote programs, expanding the organizational reach.

• Master's degree in Psychology (required)
• Strong experience as a psychologist in education/business development/EdTech
• Demonstrated use of AI tools and technology in education or outreach
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and deliver training
• Passion for education and leveraging technology to make an impact
