Job Title: Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of the food items prepared in our kitchen. You will also be responsible for communicating assistance needed during busy periods, informing the chef of excess food items for use in daily specials, and ensuring that food is prepared according to health and safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and anticipate and address guests' service needs.
