Senior Architect Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design and drawing portfolios in a timely and efficient manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • To take complete responsibility for the quality of design portfolios of entrusted projects.
  • To create best possible design responses to project design demands resulting in award-winning creative designs.
  • To create complete and comprehensive design portfolios at every stage of the design process backed up by accurate documentation.

You will also be responsible for making internal presentations of final signed-off concept designs to all stakeholders, coordinating with sub-consultants and design support services to deliver fully coordinated designs and design portfolios, and ensuring efficient project delivery in line with planned resourcing and timelines.

In addition, you will be responsible for growing professionally by achieving personal advancement goals and facilitating professional growth of reporting team members by ensuring timely and fair assessments and high levels of motivation.

We require candidates who have wide experience in interior space with 5 to 10 years of expertise in doing architectural projects (residential, hospitality, healthcare) with proficiency in Revit.

The ideal candidate should be part of the entire project lifecycle from concept to execution and have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Interior Design.
