Job Title: Operational Insights Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operational Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production or operations analysis, with experience in tracking order status, managing calendars, and resolving issues proactively. You will also have expertise in reviewing production artworks, managing UPC ticket approvals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

In this role, you will work closely with product, supply chain, and quality teams to identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to coordinate with forwarders to secure timely shipment bookings and maintain accurate shipping documents for warehousing & accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track order status and manage T&A calendars to ensure proactive issue resolution.
  • Review production artworks and manage UPC ticket approvals to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Coordinate with forwarders to secure timely shipment bookings and maintain accurate shipping documents.
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail/manufacturing merchandising is essential.
  • 5 years' experience in production or operations analysis is required.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills (SQL/BI tools a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
