Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Manager oversees all aspects of quality control and assurance within our company. This role ensures that our products meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations by implementing and maintaining an effective quality management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Management System (QMS):
    Develop, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System compliant with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO, GMP).
  • Product Quality Assurance:
    Establish and enforce quality standards, specifications, and procedures for personal care product production. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and rectify quality issues. Monitor and control the entire product lifecycle from raw material sourcing to distribution.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards applicable to our industry. Ensure products and processes comply with labeling, safety, and ingredient restrictions.
  • Supplier Quality Management:
    Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw material and packing material quality. Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to assess and improve their quality performance.
  • Customer Feedback and Complaints:
    Establish processes for collecting and analyzing customer feedback and complaints. Take corrective and preventive actions to address customer concerns and improve product quality.
  • Training and Development:
    Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practices. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain comprehensive records of quality data, testing results, and compliance documentation. Generate regular quality reports for management and regulatory authorities.
  • Risk Management:
    Identify potential quality and safety risks and develop mitigation plans. Investigate and report any product recalls or quality-related incidents.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Lead initiatives to continuously improve product quality, manufacturing processes, and efficiency. Implement quality improvement tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering). Experience in quality management, preferably in the personal care or cosmetics industry. Strong knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
