We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our site operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring seamless task execution and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting knowledge: We require a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Oracle knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle systems is essential for this role, as you will be working closely with our finance team to manage site operations.
  • Suggestion and recommendation: You will be expected to provide regular suggestions and recommendations for cost reduction and process improvements, aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of site performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive cost efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication across departments.
  • Cost Optimization and Variance Analysis: Develop and implement cost optimization strategies, conducting variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor site performance against budgets and targets.
  • Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve disputes with ToCo partners, ensuring timely closure and minimal disruption to site operations.
  • Bill Approval and Validation: Oversee the approval and validation of bills from ToCo partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Operational Governance: Ensure effective operational governance, managing relationships with circle teams and vendors to achieve site goals and objectives.
