Hearing Specialist

About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Audiologist to join our team of expert healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing and treating hearing, balance, and communication disorders in neonate, infant, children, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnostics: Identify, test, diagnose & manage disorders related to hearing, balance, and tinnitus.
• Counseling: Provide guidance to patients on managing their hearing difficulties and suggest effective treatment strategies.
• Hearing Aid Fitting: Fit patients with hearing aids and instruct them on operation, usage, and maintenance.
• Home Visits & Follow-ups: Conduct regular home visits and follow-ups to monitor patient progress and resolve any issues with hearing aid devices.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of treatment and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in carrying out diagnoses through various tests - PTA, Impedance, and understanding of hearing aid programming and dispensing.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
• Business Acumen: Strong business sense and ability to grow with the organization.
• Entrepreneurial Intent: Willingness to take initiative and contribute to the growth of the organization.
