Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of logistical operations, ensuring seamless order management and timely delivery. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex supply chain processes.

  • Create and manage sales orders in the ERP system, verifying product accuracy, pricing, and delivery terms.
  • Foster open communication with customers and internal teams to ensure transparent order tracking and status updates.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities by preparing dispatch plans and inventory allocation, adhering to FIFO principles.

Beyond operational responsibilities, this position entails driving business growth through effective stakeholder management, including collaboration with finance teams, sales teams, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate master data records, including Bills of Material (BOMs).
  • Manage risk associated with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as TAT, OTD, and Quality.
  • Maintain regular MIS data, including DSR, Sales Order Reports, Sales Revenue Reports, Shipment Trackers, and monthly operational MIS.

This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented solutions and adapt to dynamic business environments.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree from a reputable institution, preferably in Operations Management or related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in supply chain operations management, with a focus on customer service and logistics coordination.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through effective stakeholder management and process improvement.
