As a Senior Data Protection Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing robust data masking strategies using the Delphix platform.
Main Responsibilities:
Data Masking Strategy Development
- Develop effective data masking strategies to protect sensitive information in various data environments.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify sensitive data that requires masking.
- Create and maintain sophisticated masking rules, algorithms, and templates to ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with security and compliance teams to establish industry-leading masking policies and standards.
- Ensure seamless integration of masking into workflows across database administrators, developers, and QA teams.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in mainframe environments, with expertise in Hogan applications.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, and CICS. Knowledge of IMS is an added advantage.
- Experience with Hogan modules such as IDS, CIS, or Loans.
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Troubleshooting & Optimization
- Continuously monitor and optimize data masking performance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and updates in data masking technologies to drive innovation.
