Job Description

The Senior Data Integrity and Policy Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the organization. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and automation.

  • Identify and design opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Manage and communicate optimization projects end-to-end
  • Maintain steady progress on open projects
  • Provide effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project progress
  • Consult with downstream teams for impact analysis of proposed projects
  • Manage complex issues and escalations
  • Design and build reporting and data visualizations for monitoring data accuracy and integrity
  • Evaluate mass data analysis and updates to increase data accuracy
  • Enforce data standards, policies, and processes

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SFDC and Google Suite or similar platforms, as well as a strong understanding of data governance principles.
