At Intellisoft Technologies, we are seeking a Senior Business Systems Consultant to join our dynamic team of experienced technologists and analysts working on high-impact, technically challenging projects.

This role offers a competitive salary package, less than 15% travel, and a balanced work schedule with opportunities for your contributions to shine. The estimated salary for this position is around $115,000 per year.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Consultant to optimize systems and processes, drive re-engineering initiatives, and align with our organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business problems and develop automated solutions or re-engineer processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to address business or system challenges, leveraging expertise in SAP Logistics Execution (LE).
  • Act as the lead Business Systems Analyst for medium to large-scale projects, from inception to completion, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Provide expertise in defining, evaluating, and implementing system requirements and procedures to meet user needs while ensuring data quality.
  • Manage all phases of project management, including planning, design, testing, training, roll-out, and closure, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to support corporate initiatives, identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with business units, providing prompt and effective support.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver user training, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Offer ongoing system support to business units, providing continuous assistance and guidance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on configuration in SAP Logistics.
  • Experience in at least one full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and data conversion.
  • Proficiency in SAP modules: MM-IM (Inventory Management), WM (Warehouse Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), LE-SHP (Logistics Execution/Shipping), and LE-TRA (Logistics Execution/Transportation).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and business process skills, with the ability to influence and achieve results across functional boundaries.
