Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Observability Solutions Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge enterprise-grade observability solutions. This is a high-level technical leadership role with a strong focus on delivering strategic value through OpenTelemetry, Python development, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and engineer innovative observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry (metrics, logs, traces).
  • Develop custom collectors, exporters, and automation tools utilizing Python.
  • Implement data-driven dashboards & visualizations in Grafana and optimize logging in Splunk.
  • Manage event streaming pipelines with Kafka.
  • Deploy and monitor observability components in Kubernetes.
  • Build & optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Argo CD).
  • Promote DevOps maturity assessments, adoption strategies, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, AWS, Splunk, Ansible, Terraform.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Shell, Groovy, YAML (Flask/Node.js a plus).
  • Knowledge of databases (Postgres, MySQL, InfluxDB, Prometheus, RDS, NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with storage systems (NetApp, VMAX, Pure, PMAX).
  • Strong exposure to monitoring tools – Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Datadog, ELK, etc.
  • Agile/Scrum/SAFe environment experience.
