Your Role at NCS Group

As a Technical Specialist at NCS Group, you will be part of a dynamic team revolutionizing the technology landscape. Your role will involve working closely with the Singapore team to handle the operations and maintenance of the CCDE application, based on Pega CDH. You will provide application maintenance support, fixing, testing, and closure of application issues, as well as production support to users, handling user queries, and resolving production issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Singapore team to handle operations and maintenance for the CCDE application based on Pega CDH
  • Provide application maintenance support, including fixing, testing, and closure of application issues
  • Provide production support to users, handle user queries, and resolve production issues
  • Liaise with upstream and downstream systems in resolving production issues when necessary
Requirements
  • Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC/CDH/PDC
  • Pega CSA and CSSA certifications
  • Experience with Pega PRPC version 8+ platform
