The Role

We are seeking a talented Disaster Recovery Manager to contribute to our software engineering space and provide critical skills required for the development of cutting-edge products. As a Disaster Recovery Manager, you will develop solutions in specific domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking Solutions, and more.

You will be responsible for leading teams, contributing knowledge, guidance, technical expertise, and team leadership skills. Your leadership will be demonstrated in your work, to your customers, and within your teams. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential in this role.

As a key player in our team of software engineering experts, you will drive the design, development, integration, delivery, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software. You will integrate with other layers and offerings, providing deeper functionality and solutions to address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing solutions in specific domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking Solutions, and more
  • Leading teams, contributing knowledge, guidance, technical expertise, and team leadership skills
  • Driving the design, development, integration, delivery, and evolution of highly scalable distributed software
  • Integrating with other layers and offerings, providing deeper functionality and solutions to address customer needs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 9-10 years of experience in IT Disaster Recovery management
  • Experience of DR Planning, DR execution, SLA, RTO/RPO, and DR Management
  • Knowledge of Database technology (SQL, Oracle, DB2, SAP Hana, AD) and replication technology
  • Knowledge of ISP link, MPLS, Network firewall, security, WAN, switches, Firewall policies, and Network protocols
  • Knowledge of Storage replication, documentation, IT DRP, IT DR Report, compliance, and Disaster Recovery of Databases, Applications, Infra at DR
  • Good Communication skill and experience of team handling, customer customer management
Bonus Requirements

Prior experience on Python scripting, Linux server, DR automation tool, cloud replication technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), and being a good team player are highly valued.
