Job Title: Primary School Leader

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Primary School Leader. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring and motivating students, teachers, and staff to achieve excellence in education.

About the Role:

The Primary School Leader will be responsible for leading the instructional programs of the primary school, working closely with the principal and school leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive educational strategy that meets the needs of all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate lesson plans and observe classes regularly to encourage the use of diverse instructional strategies and materials.
  • Supervise and lead the instructional programs of the primary school, focusing on research-based approaches to learning and child growth and development.
  • Conduct PTMs and one-to-one meetings with parents to foster a positive and child-centered community.
  • Organize relevant workshops and events to support further learning and develop a spirit of creativity and collaboration among students.

Requirements:

  • Masters in any subject (preferably English, Science, or Social Sciences)
  • Professional teaching degree from a recognized university (B Ed/M Ed)
  • Proficiency in technology and language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with policies and guidelines of CBSE board (experience with other boards welcome)
  • Updated knowledge in teaching methodology, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review, student assessment, and more
