Business Manager Design Position

The position of a Business Manager Design involves overseeing and managing the company's designing projects. This role requires exceptional skills in design management, team leadership, and customer relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage designing projects for 12-15 projects month-on-month through a team of 6-10 designers.
  • Design Enhancement: Enhance design productivity by imparting required trainings and design discussions.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality customer experience and relationship management.
  • Culture Development: Foster a culture of excellence in design Net Promoter Survey (Customer rating).
  • Training and Development: Train designers on technical details as needed.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage design discussions to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in B.Arch or B.Interior Design is essential.
  • A master's degree in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager is necessary.
  • A proven track record of delivering at least 10 Residential/Interior projects from start to finish is required.
