Job Title: Verification Engineering Specialist

About the Role:

Seeking an experienced verification engineer to deliver high-quality designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in verification engineering and experience working with System Verilog, UVM, and C.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business requirements and functional specifications of IPs, subsystems, and SOC.
  • Develop and review Verification Environment Architecture documents.
  • Review and revise designs to meet acceptance criteria.
  • Develop code for unit, subsystem, and SOC level verification using System Verilog, UVM, and C.
  • Perform RTL simulations using Synopsys and Cadence simulators.
  • Debug and resolve problems found by simulations.
  • Develop performance test plans and maintain them.
  • Implement performance verification flow, including monitoring, synchronization, reporting, and self-checking mechanisms.
  • Provide full reports of performance metrics and bottlenecks.
  • Track tickets and code releases using Bug Tracking tool and GIT.
  • Perform UPF-based Power Aware simulations.
  • Coding of Assertion and Functional Coverage bins in SVA.
  • Code and Functional Coverage Closure.
  • Prepare and conduct reviews of Verification Sign-off documents to ensure SOC tape-out quality.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in verification engineering.
  • Strong background in System Verilog, UVM, and C.
  • Experience with Synopsys and Cadence simulators.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
