Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer and Technology Leader to spearhead the development and enhancement of cutting-edge applications.
This key role will be responsible for driving technology strategies, designing and building scalable software solutions, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
As a technical leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering culture, promoting innovation, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products.
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software applications using .NET, Java, Microservices, ReactJS, Databricks & Synapse technologies.
- Lead Agile methodologies across the full SDLC—architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and leadership teams to resolve complex challenges and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Champion team well-being, inclusion, and a strong engineering culture.
- Support onboarding, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess 8-14 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. They will demonstrate expertise in .NET (latest versions), Java, ReactJS, REST APIs, SQL Server, Azure, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), containers, and test automation (Java/JavaScript, Selenium).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role. Ability to thrive in Agile environments and mentor teams is crucial.
