Global KYC Operations Leader

The Vice President Corporate role is responsible for directing a team of Onboarding specialists who perform KYC processes including CIP, CDD, EDD and SpDD for new and existing customers.

This position requires a strong background in KYC operations, analytical skills, and ability to think critically under pressure. They will also possess excellent communication skills to facilitate frequent interactions with internal customers, management, and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12-15 years of work experience with specific emphasis on BSA/AML in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in Global client periodic review process.
  • Firm understanding of bank products and services.
  • Ability to recognize risks and make decisions based on sensory data or known guidelines.

They will lead a team of professionals to ensure smooth operations across various functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, and Operations.
