**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Motion Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality technical animations and videos that effectively communicate complex concepts to executive, engineering, and operations audiences.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation, excellent storyboarding skills, and the ability to distill complex ideas into clear visual models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate engineering briefs into storyboards and motion specifications.
  • Produce 2D/3D animations that accurately depict engineering and technical content.
  • Develop a reusable visual language and version content for different audiences and regions.
  • Maintain accessibility, captioning, on-brand typography, and meticulous quality control across aspect ratios and durations.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience producing technical animations for B2B technology, telecom, industrial, or enterprise software.
  • Excellent storyboarding, pacing, visual hierarchy, and quantitative/diagrammatic clarity.
  • Proficiency in modern 2D/3D animation pipelines and rendering/compositing workflows (specific tools flexible).
  • Organized, review-driven, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
