Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to oversee various corporate governance practices and compliance with relevant Acts, regulations, and guidelines. This role requires exceptional expertise in managing company records, ensuring statutory compliance, and attending critical meetings and tribunals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on good governance practices and ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Acts.
  • Responsible for filing, registering any document including forms, returns, and certifications on behalf of the company.
  • Preparing notices/agendas/minutes of board/general meetings and follow-up actions thereof.
  • Managing tasks relating to securities and their transfer/transmission.
  • Keeping corporate records, statutory books, and registers up-to-date.
  • Ensuring secretarial compliance audit and assisting in filing annual returns where necessary.
  • Compliance of legal and procedural aspects under various corporate laws and acts relating to Securities and Exchange Board, Foreign Exchange, Consumer Protection, Environment, Labor, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Collaborations, and Subsidiaries.
  • Attending Company Law Board, SEBI, Registrar of Companies, Tax Tribunals, Consumer Forums, and other quasi-judicial bodies and tribunals.

  • Proven track record of managing company records and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
